We are an award-winning architectural collective harnessing the power of design beyond borders to create inspiring spaces that connect us with a sense of joy and discovery.

WE ARE

Studio_Square_Picture.jpg

Our story began in 2006 when spouses Chinmaya and Apurva launched CHA Collective (CHA:COL). Starting out with experimental home additions and expansions over the years led to rousing success with custom residences and inventive workplaces. Our studio has received worldwide press coverage and design awards for its collective work.

Awards, Achievements, Recognition

CHA:COL has been profiled extensively with architectural work featured in Dwell, LA Times, New York Times, Architectural Record, Alarm Press, DAMDI, Inside-Outside, Modern Home, California Home & Design, in addition to ArchDaily, Dezeen and HGTV. Our work regularly features in Alumni Exhibition showcases at SCI_Arc and UCLA.
