Current projects include an exciting roster of hillside homes across Southern California. Each project has included slopes and challenges of its own, and our design strategy has adapted to the particularities of each such hillside challenge.

We’re also thrilled to announce the opening of our second studio location. In the tropical beach state of Goa, on the west coast of India. We are currently overseeing the construction of a boutique pavilion project for a seaside resort hotel. Our mission to bring in an innovative prefab influenced form of construction has helped in the rapid framing and execution of this custom pavilion, for conferences, weddings and seaside events. Opening to the public soon in 2022.

Ongoing projects include a unique pair of flanking single family residences, stepped and angled to handle an acutely steep site with panoramic views of east Los Angeles, including Mount Washington and Highland Park area. Another home is currently being planned on a semi-rural hillside in San Diego County, with diligent effort to minimize disturbance on its pastoral surroundings.
